ASTAM; It derives its strength from the discussion on a common ground of the different experiences, perspectives and experiences of many academics, business people, politicians, soldiers, diplomats and bureaucrats from different disciplines. ASTAM's activities are carried out by the Board of Directors. Working Commissions and Advisory Board within ASTAM consist of community leaders who have a place in the world of ideas, politics and science, and support and guide ASTAM's activities and projects. Apart from the Management, Commissions, Audit and Advisory Boards, ASTAM has constantly active Working Academies.
